In-play bets accepted in error during a suspension will be voided. Results for in-play markets are determined on the basis of official data from the relevant governing body of the sport in question.
Where a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, mp999's standard void and refund rules will apply. PSL and international cricket fixtures are governed by the standard cricket betting rules applicable on the mp999 platform.

Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons will be processed with priority.
